16-ππΎπ πΎππππππ
ππΌπΎππππ is an age-old technique that requires multiple coats of paint, 8- 12 coats, where you apply, polish, apply, polish to create a custom-made High Gloss Lacquer piece of furniture and make it special.
“Credenza” x ππππππππππ πππππππππ project is made using this special technic and it is composed of 16 same pieces assembled F1 to F8, all pieces are equally the same.
The only difference is visual β the color and technically β the way they are attached and holding each other.
“Console” x ππππππππππ πππππππππ project is made using this special technic and it is composed of 16 same pieces assembled together
When you have a situation to build a 16-modular-multi-piece πΎππππππ ππΌπ½ππ, you have to be sure the structure stays compact and firm unless you are looking to reshape the figure and do different visual output.
But even then, you want ππππΏπππππ πΏπππΎ ππΌπππππ that help it adhere better and create a stronger, longer-lasting hold between single elements;
There is something special about using lacquer as a modern wood finish. Knowing the subject and testing it before is a good idea, as you can choose how you prefer visually to have it as the final upshot, sprayed or brushed, or both.
While in production mode, take a bit of time to sit down and check whether the lacquer has thinned equally enough. Even though it is all done in a special, aka lacquer room, you want to be aware of the temperature and environmental changes, if any.
So few factors to consider before getting the final outcome.
The realization of this πΎππππππ ππΌπ½ππ was a design canon or a model (how I like to call it), which may be an inspiration for a new one with the same or similar aesthetic note.
